From Baytown, I-10 east runs past Mont Belvieu, Winnie and Beaumont before crossing the Sabine into Louisiana. Delta Downs in Vinton, just over the line, is typically 1 hour 30 minutes to 1 hour 50 minutes out, and the resort casinos in Lake Charles about 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours 15 minutes depending on how Beaumont is moving.
