1. About Houston Party Ride
Houston Party Ride ("we," "us," or "our") provides quote intake, planning help, and booking coordination for party bus, limo, sprinter, shuttle, and coach-style transportation requests in the Houston area. Depending on availability and the details of your trip, service may be fulfilled by a transportation provider, affiliate, or partner operator.
The assigned vehicle, operator, price, included items, passenger rules, payment schedule, and trip terms should be reviewed in your written quote or booking confirmation before payment.
2. Quotes Are Not Final Until Confirmed
Website content, tools, examples, photos, and estimated price ranges are for planning purposes only. A quote is not final until the vehicle, date, pickup time, route, rental hours, price, payment terms, cancellation terms, gratuity handling, and any extra charges are confirmed in writing.
3. Provider and Vehicle Assignment
- The exact vehicle and provider may vary based on availability, location, event date, and route.
- Photos and category descriptions are examples unless your quote identifies a specific assigned vehicle.
- Capacity, seating layout, amenities, luggage room, restroom access, and allowed items must be confirmed for the exact vehicle.
- If operating authority, insurance, permits, or driver requirements matter for your event, request written confirmation before booking.
4. Payment Terms
- Deposit amount, due date, balance date, accepted payment methods, and payment schedule can vary by quote.
- Some bookings may require partial payment, full payment, or revised payment timing based on date and availability.
- Do not assume a booking is secured until payment requirements and written confirmation are complete.
5. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds
- Cancellation and rescheduling terms are controlled by the written quote, booking confirmation, or provider agreement for your trip.
- Deposits, event dates, short-notice bookings, specialty vehicles, and peak-demand dates may carry stricter terms.
- Ask for the refund, rescheduling, and cancellation rules in writing before authorizing payment.
6. Passenger Conduct and Vehicle Rules
- Passengers must follow the driver or operator's safety instructions and applicable law.
- Unsafe behavior, illegal activity, property damage, smoking, over-capacity boarding, or prohibited items may result in extra charges or service termination.
- Alcohol, food, coolers, decorations, glass, pets, smoking, and other passenger items must be approved for the exact booking.
- Guests are responsible for damage, excess cleaning, missing items, and charges caused by passenger conduct when those charges apply under the booking terms.
7. Overtime, Route Changes, and Delays
Overtime, additional stops, route changes, waiting time, venue delays, late passenger arrivals, parking, tolls, airport wait time, and long-distance travel may affect the final cost. Confirm how these items are billed before the trip begins.
8. Pricing and Included Items
Pricing can vary by vehicle, provider, date, time, route, distance, demand, rental hours, pickup area, and requested amenities. Your written quote should explain what is included, what is excluded, and what may trigger additional charges. Do not rely on verbal assumptions; ask for clarification before booking.
9. Service Issues and Provider Responsibility
If a third-party or affiliate provider fulfills the trip, that provider may be responsible for the direct transportation service, vehicle operation, driver conduct, and service-specific claims. We may help coordinate communication, but our responsibility may be limited when we are not the direct operator.
10. Website Tools and Planning Content
Calculators, timelines, checklists, route planners, blog content, and planning tools are informational. They do not replace a written quote, provider agreement, live weather check, venue policy, local rule, or vehicle-specific confirmation.
11. Communications Consent
By submitting a contact form with the required TCPA consent checkbox, you agree to receive calls and text messages, including via automated technology, from Houston Party Ride and service partners at the phone number you provided for responding to your inquiry and coordinating transportation options. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the appropriate courts or forums available under applicable law and the terms of the confirmed booking.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or submission of future quote requests after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
