1. About Our Service & Affiliate Model

Houston Party Ride ("we," "us," or "our") operates as an affiliate booking platform for luxury ground transportation in the Houston, Texas metropolitan area. When you submit a quote request or make a booking through our website:

• We may fulfill your reservation directly using our own fleet and drivers.
• We may coordinate your booking through one of our affiliated sister companies or vetted third-party transportation providers in our network.
• The specific vehicle and operator assigned to your event will be confirmed in your booking confirmation. All providers in our network are licensed, insured, and vetted for quality.

2. Affiliate Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

When your booking is fulfilled by an affiliated sister company or third-party transportation provider:

• The affiliated provider operates independently under their own business license, insurance, and terms of service. Houston Party Ride acts as the booking coordinator but is not the direct service provider in these situations.
• Service complaints, damage claims, or disputes arising from the transportation service itself should be directed to the affiliated provider that fulfilled the booking. We will provide you with their contact information upon request.
• Houston Party Ride is not liable for the acts, omissions, negligence, or conduct of affiliated providers, their employees, or their vehicles, except to the extent required by applicable Texas law.
• We will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving any service issues by facilitating communication between you and the affiliated provider.

3. General Rental Agreement

• All deposits are non-refundable.
• All balances must be paid prior to entering the vehicle.
• Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
• In the event of mechanical breakdown, every effort will be made to provide a replacement vehicle. If service cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued.
• The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the rental.

4. Hour Minimums

We normally have a 4-hour minimum on Friday and Saturday nights. Non-prime dates (e.g., Sundays) may allow 3-hour minimums. Prom season (select Saturdays in March, April, and May) may require 6-hour minimums for prom, formal, or dance events.

5. Payment Policy

• Typically 50% deposit is due at booking; remaining balance is due 7–14 days before the event.
• Events booked within 7 days may require payment in full.
• Accepted payment methods include credit card and other approved platforms.

6. Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be made in writing between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
• Cancellations within 7 days of reservation are non-refundable.
• Special event dates are non-refundable.
• Deposits are always non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing.

7. Conduct & Safety

• Alcohol is not allowed on any vehicle when minors are present, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund in the event of unsafe or unlawful behavior.
• Smoking is not permitted on any vehicle.
• No food is allowed on the bus; drivers can make stops for food along the route.
• Guests may bring their own sealed beverages. Plastic cups are recommended; no glass.

8. Overtime & Additional Hours

Overtime is charged at the hourly rate specified in your agreement. Additional time is billed per hour based on the specific vehicle reserved. Always confirm your itinerary to avoid overtime charges.

9. Decorations & Cleanliness

• Approved decorations include balloons, streamers, and posters that do not cause damage.
• Decorations that leave residue or damage surfaces are not permitted.
• Guests are responsible for disposing of bottles, cups, and trash. Excessive mess may incur cleaning fees.

10. Liability & Delays

Neither Houston Party Ride nor its affiliated providers are responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, accidents, road closures, or other unforeseen events beyond reasonable control. Airport arrivals include 30 minutes of luggage wait time; delays beyond this window may incur additional charges.

11. Pricing

All quotes are all-inclusive and cover fuel, driver, insurance, taxes, and gratuity. There are no hidden fees. Gratuity is already included in the quoted rate; additional tipping at your discretion is appreciated but not required.

12. Communications Consent

By submitting our contact form with the required TCPA consent checkbox, you agree to receive calls and text messages (including via automated technology) from Houston Party Ride and its affiliated service partners at the phone number you provided, for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and scheduling services. 13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
